•SMRs and advanced reactors have new designs and will be used for novel applications such as Data Centers

–•Hence, new applications for advanced reactors require new skills based on:

–New risk paradigms, such as collocation with industrial facilities

–New operating and maintenance approaches, such as control room digitization, remote operations, virtual/augmented reality
